The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both beds are equipped with Leesa mattresses, organic percale sheets, premium down duvets and 4 pillows. Blackout curtains and tabletop fans provide a restful sleep, and an Iron/ironing board, closet space/hangers and small desk ensure you have everything you need for your stay. The bathroom is a full shower/tub combo. Bath linens, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and blow dryer are provided. 🍽️ KITCHEN & DINING: The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso coffee bar. Pots/pans, mixer, and essential bake ware and kitchen tools are provided. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. 🛋️ LIVING ROOM: Snuggle up in the cozy living room featuring a fireplace with pillar candles, large sofa bed, 2 boucle swivel chairs, and upholstered bench for additional seating. You’ll find a 65” smart tv with high speed wifi available- perfect for watching Cougar football. A game cabinet adorned with a disco cougar statue contains a variety of boardgames, cards, and vintage WSU yearbooks. A window AC unit is installed, and does an excellent job of cooling the home during the warmer months. 🧺 UTILITY & LAUNDRY: In the back of the home, you’ll find a utility room with a full size washer/dryer and foosball table. You’ll also find our non-traditional guestbook- a signing wall paying homage to our favorite watering hole, The Coug. 🌳 OUTSIDE SPACE: Relax with your morning coffee on the new brick patio, while you watch the tailgaters make their way to Martin Stadium, or gather in the adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the evening.
